Magnolia Show the Way Tilda

Good morning my lovelies,

I hope you are all well.

Today there is a new challenge at The Rubber Buggy and this month it is a sketch.

I am stepping down from the Design Team so this will be my last posting for them. I would like to thank Kellie for inviting me to be part of this DT and to say sorry that it has been a short one.

I was right out of my comfort zone with this challenge as sketches are not my thing. I coloured up Magnolia Show the Way Tilda, Show the Way Baby Rudolph and Show the Way Sign from the Winder Wonderland 2013 collection. They have been coloured with Copics and Spectrum Noir pencils. This is the first time I have used real stitching on my cards, a big thank you to Linda Levoir for her easy to follow tutorial.  I still need some practice, but I really enjoyed it, it was quite therapeutic and it is something I will be doing a lot more of.  The papers are by Maja, and are called No. 20 from the Vintage Autumn Basics. For the snow I have used White Embossing Paste by Wendy Vecchi, this is a fab product. The beautiful flowers are by Prima and the ribbon is Grossgrain.

  4. Hi Gina, such a cute image and I love your colouring of it. If you felt uneasy with sketches it doesn't show, I think you have interpreted it perfectly. A gorgeous card.
