Tilda in Christmas Coat

Hello everyone,

I hope you are enjoying your weekend and are able to get some crafty time in.  Did you all have a good week? My week was fairly hectic, but can you believe it, it is just over a week until I break up for half term, the weeks have just flown by. Yesterday was very busy as we had our sons and family over for dinner including adorable Kyra, who is growing so fast, there is a little pic of her at the end of this post.  George is still on 24 hours notice to fly to Sierra Leone, I am just praying he doesn't get called up. This afternoon I am going to try to have a bit of crafty time.

Today we have a new challenge at LHOSM, use 3 embellishments. This one was quite a tough one for me as I love to pack my cards full of embellies. I just hope die cuts don't count lol. I stamped Tilda in Christmas coat onto a Spellbinders die, Decorative Elements and coloured her with Copics, added a few highlights with Prisma pencils and sprinkled some Glamour Dust onto her coat and for the lying snow. The ice crystals are Joy Crafts dies which have had some Ivory Frantage sprinkled over them and the Star banner is  a Marianne die. My three embellishments are lace (I don't think they stock this one anymore), ribbon and lush poinsettia which are available  from the Ribbon Girl. I tried to make the card without lace and I just couldn't do it lol.  Links to the materials used are at the bottom of this post, just click on a picture to go directly to the product.

Copics list:
Skin E11, 21, 00, 000, 0000,
Hair: E44, 42, 40, W00

Boots: C7, 5, 31, 1, 0

  6. This is gorgeous Gina. Funny how it is more difficult adding fewer embellishments than more and when it comes to CAS cards, they are a nightmare!!!
The few embellishments you have used are gorgeous.
