Wee Stamp 'Polly'

Good morning everyone,

I hope you have had a good week, It has been another very busy one for me, but I now have a week off yay and I really feel like I need it!! I am looking forward to spending a relaxing week in my craft room.

This morning we have a new colour challenge at the Ribbon Girl and this month the colour is Ivory/Cream.

This cute Wee stamp was a Christmas present and she goes by the name of 'Polly'. I've had another go at colouring with DI markers and she hasn't turned out too bad, I just need to work on getting some depth into my colouring. I have sprinkled  a little frantage around the image and framed it with pearl string. The papers are by Pion and I've stitched around the edges, I love doing this when I have the time. Behind the image is some cheesecloth. The heart banner and heart die are by Lala Land which have been cut in a pale ivory card and the heart banner has been edged with pearl string. The lace, flowers, ribbon, pins, cheese cloth, pearl string and beautiful diamante pearl flower are from the Ribbon Girl

DI Markers colour list:

Skin: Vintage Photo, Tattered Rose.
Hair: Walnut Stain, Antique Linen
Clothes: Gathered Twigs, Spun Sugar
Boots: Gathered Twigs
Envelope: Antique Linen

We have two very generous prizes up for grabs this month:

and a lovely set of dies from Marianne

I will be back this afternoon with another card for LHOSM.

Thank you so much for popping in.

Hugs
Gina xx
