New Challenge LHOSM - Add a Charm

Hello my lovelies,

I hope you are having a lovely crafty weekend! I made the most of the mild weather and spent some time in the garden yesterday pulling up the summer plants and doing a spot of weeding. It all looks spick and span for a while anyway.

We have a new challenge at LHOSM and it’s a good one ‘use a charm’. We are sponsored by the lovely Ribbon Girls who have some gorgeous items in their shop and you could win a fab prize of:

I have stamped up one of the gorgeous new stamps from the latest ‘Little London’ collection. I am not sure of her name yet, but she is divine. She has been coloured with Copics and highlighted with Prisma Pencils. All the gorgeous embellishments are from the Ribbon Girl including the sweet silver heart charm, which I didn't notice at the time but  is slightly hidden behind the tail of the bow. The papers are Maja and the Butterfly border is a Joy die.

Copics I used:
Skin: E31, 21, 00, 000, R20
Hair: E44, 43, 42, 41, 40
Dress, Bow & Flower: R83, 81, RV000, Y02, 00, 000, YG99, 97, 95, 93, 91
Shoes: E43, 42, 41, 40

Pencils: Burnt Ochre, Dark Umber, Black, Tuscan Red

If you have a chance, please pop over to the LHOSM blog and check out my teamies gorgeous creations and it would be great to see you enter the challenge.

My eldest Son is coming for lunch today and we are going for a nice long walk this afternoon to enjoy the lovely autumn weather we are currently having.

Enjoy the rest of your Sunday!
 Take care,

Hugs

Magnolia Tilda with Fir

Good morning,

I hope you are all well and are having a good week. I can’t believe we are half way through the week; the days are just flying by.

I have made another Christmas card using Tilda with Fir and the Winter Night Background. The image has been coloured using Copic markers and a few highlights added with Prisma pencils. Some Frantage has been sprinkled over the image to give the effect of snow falling and then to give it a real snowy effect I have used lashings of Glamour Dust. The Ivy is one of the new Die’sire dies made by Crafters Companion which has been highlighted with Diamond Dust as have the fir cones and roses and the gorgeous papers are Maja.

Copics I used:
Skin: E31, 21, 00, 000, R20
Hair: E57, 43, 53, 50
Coat & Boots: C5, 3, 1, 0
Background W5, 3, 1, 0

Pencil: Black

Thank you for popping in and for all the lovely comments you leave me. I would also like to say hi and a warm crafty welcome to my new followers.

 Take care.

Magnolia 'Little London' New Collection

Hello my lovelies,

I hope you all had a lovely weekend and were able to spend some time crafting!

I had the most amazing day yesterday at Ally Pally; of course what made it for me was that Magnolia was there and had brought along their new collection of stamps ‘Little London’ OMG they are lush. I think I spent most of my money at their stand; I would buy one lot and then have to go back for some more lol.

I am not one for making male cards, probably because you can’t put lace and pretty flowers on them, but when I saw these two, I had to have a go. I hope you like it.

Copics I used:
Edwin:
Skin: E31, 21, 00, 000, R20
Hair: E57, 43, 53, 50
Suit & Hat: C7, 6, 5, 3, 1, 0
Shoes: C3, 1, 0
Cane: E37, 35, 33, 31

 Telephone Box & Tie: R59, 46, 37

 Pencils: Dark Umber, Black

 Have a lovely evening.

New challenge Marvelous Magnolia - Floral Frenzy

Hello my lovelies,

Phew, it is nearly the end of the week and once again it has been a busy one for me.

It is time for a new challenge at Marvelous Magnolia and the theme this week is a nice easy one ‘Floral Frenzy’. There are two wonderful sponsors

I have used the beautiful Tilda with Flowing Hair and masked her using the Open Gate stamp. As always I have used Copics to colour her and a touch of Prisma Pencils to give her some highlights! The majority of the flowers are from the Ribbon Girl. The leaves surrounding the image is a Cheery Lynn die called Flourish Leaf Strip. Tucked behind the image is another Cheery Lynn clock die. The beautiful papers are Maja.

Copics I used:
Skin: E31, 21, 00, 000, R20
Hair: E55, 44, 53, 42, 50
Dress & Flowers: R83, 81, RV000
Gate, Shoes & Basket: E43, 42, 41, 40

The DT team have created some wonderful projects, if you have a chance, please pop over and take a look.

Have a lovely day and thank you for popping in!

Magnolia Tilda as Lucia

Good morning my lovelies,

I hope you are well and had a fab weekend (although that is probably a distant memory by now)!

I thought I would share my latest Christmas card using Tilda as Lucia and Old Swedish Church. Some Frantage has been sprinkled onto the image which I think gives a good effect of snow falling. I have used Copics to colour with and added just a touch of Prisma Pencils. The fir branches are a Marianne die which I have covered with Diamond Dust and the snowflakes are a Noor (Joy) die. As with a lot of my Christmas cards I have used lashings of Glamour Dust.

Copics I used:
Skin: E31, 21, 00, 000, R20
Hair: E57, 43, 53, 50
Dress & Flowers: E55, 43, 42, 41, 40
Sash, Church & Trees: W5, 3, 1, 0

Pencils: Burnt Ochre, Dark Umber, Black

Thank you for all the lovely comments you leave me, it really does mean a lot and thank you for popping in!

Hugs
