GDT card for the New Challenge at Elisabeth world Challenge

Hi everyone,

I hope you are having a wonderful Sunday.

I picked up my new car on Friday, which I am thrilled with, I took it out for a drive yesterday and funnily enough it took me to the retail park and I just had to pop into NEXT while I was there, I think I will get on well with my car.

Anyway on with my GDT card for today, which is for the Elisabeth Bells World Challenge. The challenge theme is:

Buttons and Bows.

This beauty is called Willow Dreamy with Flowers. I have had her for years, but I haven't coloured her for a long time, goodness knows why as she is gorgeous.

I have coloured her with DI reinkers.

The gorgeous papers are by Pion, Fields of Purple and a Day in May.

Most of the dies I have used are by Joy, however the heart overlapping the image is a Marianne die.

All the beautiful embellishments are from the Ribbon Girl, apart from the buttons which are from my stash. Links to the materials I have used are at the bottom of this post, just click on a picture to be taken directly to the product.

DI list:
Skin: Vintage Photo, Tattered Rose, Worn Lipstick
Hair: Walnut Stain, Grand Espresso
Dress: Old Paper, Gathered Twigs, Victorian Velvet, Bundled Sage
Boots: Victorian Velvet
Flowers: Bundled Sage, Victorian Velvet

The lucky winner of the challenge will win:

TWO digis of their choice.

That's it from me today.

Thank you for popping in.

New Challenge Fussy and Fancy - Winter Tilda

Good morning,

I hope you have had a good week, the best thing is it's Friday yay and I collect my new car after work today, I am so excited!!

This morning I am popping in with my DT card for the Fussy and Fancy challenge and it is my turn to host for the next two weeks. I have chosen the theme  My Favourite Things.

As you have know my favourite stamps are by Magnolia and my favourite dies are by Joy, I also love using  lace, flowers and lots of sparkle at Christmas time.

So I have coloured up and older Maggie called Winter Tilda and colored her with DI reinkers. I am enjoying colouring red at the moment.

To create the shape I have used a spellbinders oval shape die, the eight point die, and tag are Joy dies. The fir branch is a Marianne die and has been covered with Twinklets. You can't see it very clearly in the photo, but I have placed a snowflake banner which is a Lala Land crafts die.

You can't see the papers very well, but they are Maja and have been edged with white gesso.

The flowers, jingle bells, pom pom trim, lace, silver web ribbon are all from the Ribbon Girl

Di reinkers:

Skin: Vintage Photo, Tattered Rose, worn Lipstick
Hair: Walnut Stain, Antique Linen
Coat, Hat: Fired Brick, Aged Mahogany
Boots: Gathered Twigs

Another Christmas Card - Christmas Candle Tilda

Hi everyone,

I hope you are having a great weekend.

I can't believe it has been a week since I last posted, last week passed by so quickly, mind you with the heat we had, it totally wiped me out and I really did very little crafting.

I thought I would share another Christmas card I have made, I am sorry that most of my cards are Christmas themed at the moment, but it's a case of catching up. I am not complaining though as I love making Christmas cards, I believe that we only have 13 more Mondays left until the big day.

Anyway onto my card, this is Christmas Candle Tilda, masked with Sea background. I've used some glossy accents to create the look of ice.

Tilda has been coloured with DI reinkers.

The papers are by Maja from called A Gift For You and My Dear Friend.

The die peeping out from the top is a Spellbinders die, called Lotus Pendants and the cute mittens are a Joy die.

The lace, jingle bells, bead string, pom pom trim and pearl trim are all from the Ribbon Girl.

DI list:
Skin: Vintage Photo, Tattered Rose & Worn Lipstick
Hair: Walnut Stain, Grand Espresso
Hat, Boots: Hickory Smoke
Coat: Hickory Smoke, Fired Brick
Candle: Gathered Twigs, Old Paper, Forest Moss, Shabby Shutters, Fired Brick, Aged Mahogany, Squeezed Lemonade, Spiced Marmalade
Trees Gathered Wood

That's it from me today.

Enjoy the rest of your Sunday.
