New Challenge at Polkadoodles Crafting - Serenity Fairy Kisses

Good morning everyone,

Today we begin a new challenge at  Polkadoodles Crafting. The DT are always set a theme and this time it was 'Lots of Love', but for all you crafters as always it is an 'Anything Goes' challenge.

I have coloured up Serenity Fairy Kisses and coloured her with DI markers and a hint of water colour pencils.

The papers are from Lil Miss sugar Pops Spots and Lil Miss Sugar Pops Plain. The sentiment is from Winnie Celebrations Kit 1. Links to all the Polkadoodles goodies that I have used are at the end of this post, just click on a picture to be taken directly to the product.

The shape of the card was cut with a Go Create die.

Underneath the image is some cheese cloth and I've placed a little bottle of pink fairy dust (glitter) just to the side of the flowers on the right hand side.

The gorgeous lilac organza ribbon is from the Ribbon Girl, whilst stocks last.

The lace, pearl trim, pearl string, pom pom and flowers are from my stash.

DI list:
Skin: Vintage Photo, Tattered Rose, Worn Lipstick
Hair: Hickory Smoke, Weather Wood, Black Soot
Dress: Seedless Preserves, Black Soot
Flowers: Spun Sugar, Aged Mahogany

The prize for the winner of this challenge is a $10 voucher to spend in the Polkadoodles download store and each of the top three will win a free digi stamp voucher of your choice to spend in the store. Don't forget you don't have to use a Polkadoodles image to enter the challenge.

That's all from me today.

Have a wonderful weekend.

Thank you for popping in.

Hugs

LOTV - Annabel Texting

Good morning everyone,

I hope your week is going well.

I am popping in to share I card I made recently using one of my favourite LOTV images called Annabel Texting.

The shape of the card has been cut with a Go Kreate die. The papers are by Maja and I inked the edges with Victorian Velvet distress ink.

The leaves and die that the image is sitting on are by Joy Crafts and the swirl is a Magnolia Doohickeys die.

Sitting underneath the image is some cheese cloth.

The mocha beaded stamens, smooth ivory berries and pearl string are from the Ribbon Girl whilst stock lasts.

I've also added a bronze phone charm and a chipboard corner.

DI list:
Skin: Vintage Photo, Tattered Rose, Worn Lipstick
Hair: Antique Linen, Walnut Stain
Dungarees: Gathered Twigs, Black Soot
Top, Bows & Boots: Victorian Velvet

That's all from me today.

Good morning everyone,

Happy New year!!! I hope it will be a happy and healthy one for you all.

Did you all have a good Christmas? I really enjoyed mine, especially vising the family.

Anyway to start the New year off we have an easy peasy challenge at Creative Inspirations and the theme is...

Our sponsor for this month is The Paper Shelter and they have very kindly given us an image to play with.

The image is called 'A Papercraft Fun' and was coloured with DI reinkers.

For the shape of the card I made a circular easel card which was cut with a Crealies die.

Tucked underneath the image is some cheesecloth.

The lilac organza ribbon, pearl string, pearl trim and lilac rose are from the Ribbon Girl, but hurry items are selling fast in their closing down sale.

DI list:
Skin: Vintage Photo, tattered Rose, Worn Lipstick
Hair: Walnut Stain, Antique Linen
