GDT card for the Paper Nest Dolls - Tree Dress Avery

Good morning,

I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas, did Santa being you some crafting goodies? I must have been a very good girl because I was very spoilt,  I got lots of crafty goodies, a new handbag and purse and lots of other things too! Christmas day was quiet, it was just the two of us and we also had Kyra staying with us On Boxing day George and Katie came over and today we are all off to visit Mike to have a belated family Christmas day.

On with the task in hand and today I am showcasing a GDT card for the Paper Nest Dolls. 

This is Tree Dress Avery, isn't she a real cutie? I have painted her with DI reinkers.  The papers are by First Edition called Jingle All the Way. The bingo stamps, ice crystals and tag dies are from Noor Design U.K. The lace and Ivory square pearl trim are from the Ribbon Girl. The flowers, buttons and ribbon are from my stash.

New Challenge Marvelous Magnolia - Anything Christmas BUT a Card.

Hi everyone,

I hope you had a fabulous weekend and are nearly ready for the big day!  I spent mine in my craft room, just trying to catch up. I have done well, but I've still got  4  to make (I think).

Today we have the last challenge of the year for Marvelous Magnolia and our theme is 'Anything Christmas BUT a card'. Both teams are joining in with the challenge and it will run through until the 7th January.

I opted to make a gift bag, would you believe it, this is first time I have made one and I really enjoyed it. 

This Maggie is called Tilda with Christmas Lamp from the latest Christmas collection and I have coloured her with DI reinkers. 

The dies are my favourite Joy Dies from Noor Design U.K., Star Edge, 8 point circle, Circle Die No. 2, Banner Die and matching English Text stamp set. Unfortunately I have hidden most of the papers, but they are beautiful and are from the First Edition Gilded Winter paper pad. The ribbon, cheese cloth and pearl string are from the Ribbon Girl.  The flowers and fir cones are from my stash although the you can buy fir cones from the Ribbon Girl. New Challenge Fussy & Fancy - Happy Holidays

Good morning everyone,

Phew, it's Friday and one week from today we break up for the school holidays yay!!  I am still busy playing catch up and have seven more Christmas cards to make, I love making Christmas cards, but I will be pleased when they are done, note to myself to make them earlier next year!

Today I am joining the Team A girls at Fussy and Fancy for the last challenge of the year. Our theme is 'Happy Holidays' which is being sponsored by My Besties and Sweet Lilac Flowers.

I have coloured up this cute  Besties image 'Penny Penguin' and coloured her with DI re-inkers. The shape has been cut from a Go Kreate die. The papers are by Maja and are this years new Christmas range, which have been edged with some structure paste.  The Eight Point die and tags are by Joy, from Noor Design U.K. The lace, ribbon, pom pom trim, oval pearl string, magnolia flower, roses, wine silver fir cone charms are from the Ribbon Girl.

Paradise of Stamps - Snow - A Little Prayer

Good morning everyone,

I hope you all had a wonderful weekend, although he pressure is mounting with the lead up to Christmas now. 

Today I am showcasing my card for the reminder team at the Paradise of Stamps. Our challenge theme is Snow.

I have coloured up another LOTV stamp called A Little Prayer and masked her with a Magnolia Sea Background stamp.   The hills are covered with Glamour Dust for the lying snow. I have made the scene into a small lake rather than the sea and some Glossy Accents have been added  to represent  ice.

The star banner and tag are by Joy from Noor Designs U.K. Around the image I have placed some Ivory Bead String and tucked behind it is some cheesecloth.  The sentiment is from an LOTV Grunge Christmas Postcards stamp set. All the beautiful embellishments are from the Ribbon Girl. Links to the materials I ave used are at the bottom of this post, click on a picture to be taken directly to the product.
