Morning everyone,
Happy Friday, I hope you have all had a good week, mine has been busy as usual, but after today there are only four more days of school left before we break up for the Easter holidays.
Today begins a new challenge at Fussy and Fancy. Our lovely Darlene is hosting this challenge and has chosen the theme of:
'Spring Flowers'
I have coloured up a Whimsy stamped called Daphne with distress ink reinkers. I've added some Stardust Stickles to her wings to give them some sparkle. There are a few small pearls dotted around the image, finishing off with some white pearl string.
The papers are from a Galeria paper pad called 'As if in a Dream' and are a gorgeous lemon.
The doily has been cut with a Joy Crafts die.
Tucked behind the image is some cheese cloth.
Most of the flowers are from my own crafty stash.
The frosted berry, stamens, stardust stickles, cheese cloth, white pearl trim and the diamante clear embellishment in the centre of the bow are from the
DI list:
Skin: Vintage Photo, Tattered Rose, Worn Lipstick
Hair: Antique Linen, Walnut Stain,
Dress: Hickory Smoke, Weathered Wood, Black Soot
Headband: Hickory Smoke
Wings: Weathered Wood, Scattered Straw
Daffodil and Flowers: Scattered Straw, Forest Moss, Shabby Shutters
The winner of the challenge will join us as a Guest Designer in an upcoming challenge.
My teamies have created some gorgeous cards, pop over if you have time to have a peek.
That's all from me today.
Have a wonderful weekend.
Hugs
Gina xx
