Summer Wedding Tilda

Hi everyone,

Happy Friday:)

I'm just popping in to share a shaker card I made.

This little sweetie is by Magnolia and is called Summer Wedding Tilda.

I have used Distress reinkers to colour her and sprinkled a small amount of pink frantage around the outside of her.

The shaker element is made up of pink and cream sequins and I've added some pink pearl string around the outside of the shaker.

The flowers are a mixture of Ribbon Girl and some are from my crafty stash.

The ribbon, pearl trim are from the Ribbon Girl. Although the diamante and pearl embellishment isn't from the Ribbon Girl, they sell some that are very similar.

DI list:
Skin: Vintage Photo, Tattered Rose, Worn Lipstick
Hair: Walnut Stain, Antique linen
Dress:  Gathered Twigs,
Flowers: Victorian Velvet, Aged Mahogany

That's all from me today, have a lovely weekend.

Thank you for popping in.

Some Exciting News!

Hi everyone,

Yay it's Friday, I hope you have had a good week.

Well I have some very exciting news to share with you. As you know I have been guest designing for Polkadoodles for a couple of weeks which I loved, but then I was contacted by Nikky to ask me join the team full time, wahoo, I am so excited and it only took a nano second to respond, so thank you Nikky for inviting me to be part of this awesome team.

So this is my first DT card. As always the challenge is 'Anything Goes' but the DT are always tasked with a theme. This time the team had to used pastel colours, well you know I love pastel colours so it wasn't a difficult one for me.

This gorgeous girl is called 'Surprise Gift Winnie' and I have coloured her with DI reinkers, but if colouring isn't your thing or you need to make a quick card, you can also buy her pre-coloured. (I have put links to both at the bottom of my post).

The sentiment is also from Polkadoodles from the Winnie Celebrations kit 1.

I printed Winnie onto watercolour card and cut her out with a curricular die, once coloured I mounted it onto a  LDRS butterfly wreath die cut, finishing it off with some white pearl string. The small butterflies are also part of of the die set.

The pom pom trim, most of the flowers, ribbon and lace are from the Ribbon Girl.

New Challenge at Fussy & Fancy - Divine Tilda

Good morning,

I hope you are having a good week. It's been another super busy week at school, but hey ho its nearly the weekend:)

We begin a new challenge at Fussy and Fancy this morning. Our lovely Jules is hosting this challenge and she has chosen the theme:

Lace Buttons and Bows

My crafty mojo went walk about about at the weekend so I struggled to even make a card, but this is what I came up with.

The image is an older Magnolia stamp called 'Divine Tilda'. I have coloured her with DI reinkers, and added a few white dots to her dress with my white signo gel pen.  I have sprinkled some white frantage around the outside of the image.

The die cut heart is a Joy Crafts die, the paper doily is from my crafty stash.

The ribbon, lace (sorry its currently out of stock, but there is lots more gorgeous lace to choose from), twine, pearl trim and flowers are from the

DI reinkers
Skin: Vintage Photo, Tattered Rose, Worn Lipstick
Hair: Walnut Stain, Antique Linen
Dress, Bow and Boots: Tumbled Glass, Stormy Sky, Faded Jeans, Black Soot

The winner of the challenge will win a Guest Design spot in an upcoming challenge.

Thank you for popping in and have a wonderful weekend.

Take care.
