La La Land 'Irish Marci'

Morning all,

I hope all of you that were celebrating Mother’s Day in the U.K. were thoroughly spoilt and had a good day. I had a bouquet of flowers delivered by Interflora, a cuddly Giraffe (I love Giraffes) and to follow that was taken out to lunch, a day I won’t forget in a long time!

Moving on to today’s card, it is inspiration Monday over at the La La Land Crafts Blog 

This week the challenge is 'Good Luck/St. Patrick’s Day’.

I have used Irish Marci and she was an absolute joy to colour.

I have used Copic Markers and Prisma Pencils to colour her with.

Magnolia 'Tilda with Big Tulips'

Hello everyone

 Yay it’s the weekend!

 I just thought I would do a quick post and show a card I made a couple of weeks ago.

At the time I was stuck on pink and purple, I love these two colours together and of course

that fence is creeping into the scene again (lol)!

I have used Tilda with Big Tulips and Shabby Chic Fence and used

Copics and Prismas Pencils to colour with.

Once again I have used some of the lovely deep purple satin ribbon.

Saturated Canary 'Ava'

Evening everyone,

What a glorious day it has been, really spring like and warm!

Tonight I thought I would share with you a card using a Saturated Canary image called ‘Ava’! I am falling in love with the teal colour, and have to stop myself using it on every image! I am also trying out some darker skin tones just to make a change and I quite like the look. She has been coloured with Copics and highlighted with Prisma Pencils.

Magnolia 'Tilda with Pony Tail'

Hello everyone,

I had a lovely day out with my friend yesterday; we went to the ‘Making It’ Craft show at Farnborough. I bought a couple of bits and pieces, but spent most of my money on some new copics as I have decided I need to expand my range of colours, although I am still a long way off from having the complete set.

 Today I am sharing a square magnolia card. I thought I would do some masking and used three stamps. To give it a slightly different look I used Kraft card for the embellishments.

Magnolia 'Tilda with Little Pocket'

Evening all,

Just thought I would drop in to show a card I have made a for a friend’s birthday. 

 I put my time to good use last week and I am organised for once lol.

My friend is a crafter and another big fan of Magnolia stamps and easel cards

and her favourite colours are pink and purple. I adore Tilda with Little Pocket

and thought it was a great stamp where I could combine both colours. 

 I am also really into this deep purple satin ribbon at the moment.
