Sneaky Tilda

Hello my lovelies,

I hope you are having a lovely week. Phil and I both have a week off from work and we went to Bournemouth (our nearest seaside resort) on Tuesday and had a fabulous day out, even the rain held off!  Yesterday I celebrated my birthday, I had a superb day and was totally spoilt by my family. I got some fab crafting goodies and at long last I have some proper pen storage. Unfortunately it was raining again so I  spent some time re-organising and playing in my craft room and was whisked off for a surprise lunch. 

Anyway on with today's challenge at Marvelous Magnolia and this time we would like to see 'Flourishes' on your wonderful creations.

I have stamped up Sneaky Tilda (I think she is my favourite from this collection) and used Copics and Spectrum Noir pencils to colour her and sprinkled some gorgeous frantage around the outside. The papers are by Maja from the Vintage Spring Collection, 2nd May and Vintage Summer Basics, 1924. The heart is cut from a memory box die and the swirl is a Magnolia Doohickeys die.  The beautiful lace, ribbon, cheese cloth and flowers are from the Ribbon Girl. The sentiment is a Joy Crafts stamp.

Tilda with Bow Knot

Hello my lovelies,

I hope you are having a lovely weekend and are able to have some crafting time. We are spending the afternoon with our sons and their girlfriends today and our eldest is cooking dinner!!

Today starts a new challenge at Lovely Hanglar or Sweet Magnolia and we would like you to include a charm  on your wonderful Magnolia creations.

This time I have stamped up the gorgeous Tilda with Bow Knot and used Copics and Spectrum Noir pencils to colour her. The papers are called Papermaker by Craftstyle. The shape has been cut from a Go Kreate die, Large Frame Flower #1. The dies at the top of the card are a Magnolia, So Wrapped So Lovely die and I've added some pretty lace and drop pearls. Tucked behind them is some Cheese Cloth. There is a cute Bird Cage charm attached to one of the bows, but it is slightly hidden by the lace.

Saturated Canary - Rose Red

Happy Bank holiday weekend to everyone in the U.K. I hope you all had a good week and are all well. I am super excited today as school broke up for half term yesterday so it's a week off for me yay!!

OMG wasn't it a beautiful sunny weekend? Everything looks so nice and lush this time of year. I can't believe how quickly this year has gone so far and that I will be another year older next week eek. 

This morning I am sharing my GDT card for The Paper Nest Dolls.

I have coloured up the beautiful Ballgown Ellie and used Copics and Spectrum Noir pencils to colour her. The papers are Maja from the Vintage Spring Collection called 5th April. Saturated Canard 'Gypsy Dancer'

Good morning everyone,

I hope you are well and having a lovely relaxing weekend!

We have a new colour challenge at the The Ribbon Girls today and the colour this month is Lilac/Purples.

I have coloured up a Saturated Canary Digi called Gypsy Dancer with Copics and my new Spectrum Noir pencils, which I am really pleased with, but need a bit more practice. I was so excited when I received them as I have been waiting so patiently since January when they were launched at the CHA. 

 The shape was cut using a Go Kreate Large Frame Frilly #6 and the papers are by Maja (Vintage Spring Basics) called the 8th of April. The white leaves tucked amongst the flowers are a Cheery Lynn die Flourish Leaf Strip. All the beautiful embellies are from the The Ribbon Girl. Happy Saturday, I hope you had a lovely week and are lucky enough to have the beautiful spring weather we have here in the south of England.

I'm just popping in to share my inspirational post for The Rubber Buggy.  I have stamped up Dandelion Girl by Whimsy and coloured her with Copics and Prisma pencils. The gorgeous papers (not that you can see them very well) are by Maja (Vintage Summer Basics) and are called 1925 and 1903. I love these pretty paper doilies  so I have popped one behind the image with some pink Bazzill card which I crimped, unfortunately it doesn't show up very well in the photo. I love this pretty crocheted lace and sheer ribbon. Here is a list of the flowers I have used: Deep Ivory, Two tone Ivory and Pale Pink,  Pink,  Mixed Pink Tone Tulips.
