Inspirational card - Ribbon Girl

Good morning everyone,

I hope you all had a great weekend and a lovely valentines day.Today is the first day of half term yay! I am off to take my car for it's M.O.T. this morning, fingers crossed that it passes!

I am popping in to share my inspirational card for the Ribbon Girl.

I have coloured up Tilda with Spitz Pocket using DI reinkers, I have listed the colours I've used underneath the photo. I have added some Star Dust Stickles to her socks. Unfortunately you can't see the papers very well, but they are gorgeous shade of green. The clock is cut from a Cheery Lynn die, the swirl is a Magnolia Doohickey die and the leaves and tag are a Joy dies.

All the beautiful embellishments are from the Ribbon Girl. The ribbon (Ivory Sugar Sprinkles Sheer) is new to the shop and it is lovely to work with and produces fabulous bows. New Challenge at Fussy and Fancy - Recipe

Good morning everyone, 

I hope you have all had a good week. Well it's Friday and the end of the school term today yay!

Today I am popping in with my DT card for the new challenge at  Fussy and Fancy. 

My lovely teamie Jo is hosting this challenge and she has come up with a little recipe for us to follow:

Recipe:

Create a design and have some fun,
Use this recipe and your work will be done,
Just add black and white to make a start,
But then add some read, a flowers and a little love heart.

I started by making a shaped card in white card using a Go Kreate die, and layered it with a mixture of black and white polka dot and gingham backing papers which I've had in my stash for ages.

The stamp is called Anniversary Surprise and is from LOTV. I coloured it with Distress Reinkers using grey as my predominant colour (Hicokory Smoke) and added some red to the flowers.

The heart die is a Lala Land die. The beaded hearts and silver heart charm are from the Ribbon Girl.

A Card Made for Fun - Free Spirit Tilda

Hi everyone,

I am just popping in quickly to share a card I made over the weekend.

This is Free Spirit Tilda which I have painted with DI reinkers.

The beautiful lace was a gift from a special crafting friend.

Love is all Around Us

Good morning everyone,

I hope your week is off to a good start.

Today I am showcasing my reminder DT card for Paradise of Stamps. Our theme is Valentine.

I have coloured up a very cute stamp from LOTV , called 'Close Your Eyes'. And as always I have coloured it with my favourite medium at the moment Distress Reinkers. 

Peeping out on the left is a Joy Craft die from Noor Design U.K, the pretty heart doily is a Lala Land die. The sweet little heart just below the bow is a Marianne die, I've placed a  gorgeous ivory pearl beaded heart in the centre. The gorgeous pearl beaded hearty are from the Ribbon Girl. The lace, ribbon and flowers are from my stash. New challenge at the Ribbon Girl - Anything Goes

Good morning everyone,

I hope you are enjoying your weekend and are able to enjoy some crafty time. Just one more week left until half term, it has been a very long term and for me the end of the week can't come quick enough. The bug I had really knocked me for six as well and I am just beginning to be able to eat again. 

Anyway we have a new card challenge  at the Ribbon Girl today. The challenge is 'Anything Goes', any theme, any shape as long as it's a card. The challenge will run for two weeks.

I have coloured  up a Candibean stamp by Little Darlings and she is called A Bouquet for Penny and I've used DI reinkers to colour with, the colours I have used are listed under the picture.

The papers are by Maja which I have distressed along the edges using a Tim Holtz paper distresser. 

I have cut the leaves using a Joy die from Noor Design U.K. All, the beautiful embellishments are from the Ribbon Girl. Links to the materials I have used are at the bottom of this post, just click on a picture to take you directly to the product.
