Magnolia Tilda with Pony Tail

Here is a card I made recently using two older Magnolia stamps ‘Tilda with Pony Tail’ from the Sweet Rainbow collection 2011 and Spring Fence from the Hoppy Easter 2010 collection.  I have added some Frantage around the edges; I have fallen in love with this stuff and can’t seem to make a card without using it at the moment! I have coloured with Copics and Prisma pencils and the lovely embellishments are from the Ribbon Girl.

Just popping in to show another Tilda card I have made using the lovely ‘TIlda with Daisy’ and Cellar Door stamp. As you can probably tell I have gone a bit mad with the Frantage, but I so love this stuff! The pretty butterflies have been stamped onto lovely Pion papers and are from the new Magnolia range ‘Once Upon a Time’. I have coloured the image with Copics and Prisma pencils and the gorgeous embellishments are from the Ribbon Girl

Sugar Nellie 'Melissa'

Hello my lovelies,

 

Phew it’s nearly the weekend; I hope you have all been lucky enough to be enjoying the lovely spring sunshine.

 

I made this card at the weekend and almost forgot to post it! I made the decision that I must use some of my older stamps/digi images instead of keep buying new and decided on one of the lovely Sugar Nellie digi’s from my favourite range, she is called ‘Melissa’. She has been coloured with Copics and Prisma pencils and just to finish it off I have added some gorgeous flowers and luscious Pearl String.

Magnolia 'Tangle Tilda'

Today I am posting a card using one the new Magnolia stamps ‘Tangle Tilda’ isn’t she gorgeous?  I have coloured her using Copics and Prisma pencils and used of some of the lush Frantage around the edges and to top it off I have added a doily and some cheesecloth behind the image.

New Challenge Marvelous Magnolia

Good afternoon,

 

It’s time for a new challenge at Marvelous Magnolia and the theme this week is’ Bling it on'! We have two sponsors this week  The Rubber Buggy and Creative Treasures.

I thought Tilda Learning to Dance would fit the bill nicely.  I have coloured her with Copics and highlighted with Prisma pencils. I added some glitter to her dress to glam things up, but I go a bit carried away and embossed the edges of the Spruce Twigs with silver embossing powder.

Waterlily Tilda

Morning my lovelies,

 

I hope you all had a lovely weekend and managed to have some crafty time.

 

Today is a sad day for me as my youngest son (22) Lieutenant George Knott left for Afghanistan in the early of hours of this morning on his first tour of duty, I am so proud of what he has achieved and can’t wait until I see him either in August or September when he is due to return for his two weeks of R & R, at least I am back at work today so hopefully that will take my mind of it.

 

Anyway enough blubbing from me, today I am sharing a card which I made over the weekend. I decided to look out some of my old Magnolia stamps which I haven’t inked up for a while; in fact it must be at least 10 months since I used Waterlily Tilda and as I so like to do I have masked her with the Sea Background stamp. I have coloured using Copics and Prisma pencils.

Morning my lovelies,

Today I am sharing another card using the lovely Saturated Canary image ‘Ava’. I wanted to have another go at colouring her hair using the black copic pen, I think there is some improvement on the last card, but there is still room for more, but you know what they say practice makes perfect! I was a bit naughty this week and treated myself to some Frantage then woops a few Maja papers popped into my basket, oh dear I could be in trouble.

Magnolia 'Princess Pea'

Good morning everyone,

I hope you are all well!

Here is a card I made yesterday using one of the new ‘Once Upon A Time’ stamps from the latest collection; she is called ‘Princess Pea Tilda’. I have masked her with the Romantic Window, one of my old favourite background stamps and used some of the new butterflies from the collection which I have embossed with Guilded Ivory embossing powder just to add a bit more dimension.

'Winter Rose'

What a beautiful day it is here today, dare I say it, it feels almost spring like!

 

I had a bit of play yesterday with a new stamp called ‘Winter Rose’.  I have seen a few cards around on Blogland using this stamp and I had to try it, I must say it was an absolute delight to colour (I shall be ordering some more from the range when I’ve saved some pennies).

Magnolia 'Tilda with Straw Hat'

Good evening everyone,

 

Phil and I had a day out at the beach today, and OMG it was freezing, the cold wind took your breath away; still it certainly blew the cobwebs away.

 

I thought I would share an Easel card I made yesterday using Tilda with Straw Hat. I’ve had another go at using the black copic pen, I don’t know why but it seems harder to colour with, maybe it’s because I’m not used to it, but I shall persevere and won’t let it beat me!! I have also added a little silver hat charm which I found in the bottom of my charm box and thought I would go really nicely with the card.
