Golden Week Tilda

Morning everyone,

Happy Friday! I hope you are well and having a fab week! Well the cleaning continues, upstairs and the kitchen has had a thorough clean, just the rest of the downstairs and the garden to do. On Monday we have Kyra coming to stay for almost two weeks, whilst George and Katie go on a well earned holiday, so that will keep me busy. It's a little quiet for my DT commitments at the moment, so I thought I would pop in with a card I made for fun.

This is Golden Week Tilda and she has been coloured with a combination of DI markers and re-inkers. All the dies on this card are from Noor Design U.K. The little envelope was a gift from a good crafting friend Judy, I used the one she sent me as a template. The ribbon, pearl heart and lace are from the Ribbon Girl and the flowers and cameo are from my stash.

DI list:
Skin: Vintage Photo, Tattered Rose
Hair: Walnut Stain, Antique Linen
Dress and Shoes: Gathered Twigs
Flowers: Aged Mahogany, Spun Sugar

Well that's all from me today, have a fabulous weekend.

I will be back soon.

Thank for you popping in.

New challenge at Marvelous Magnolia - Anything Goes

Hi everyone,

I hope you are all well and had a lovely weekend! It's been a little while since I last posted (naughty me) and I have no excuse except that I have been prepping wedding invites and I've started giving the house a good clean, something that I always do at this time of year.

Anyway today we have a new challenge at Marvelous Magnolia and this time it's the ever popular 'Anything Goes'.

I have coloured up Tilda with Knee Socks and masked her with Shabby Chic Fence, using a mixture of DI markers and re-inkers. The butterflies at the top are a Noor Design die. I've cut them twice to give them definition with white card and sprinkled shabby blue embossing powder over the top of one layer. Peeping out of the left hand side is a LaLa Land heart die and the leaves are a Noor Design die. The pretty embellishments are from the Ribbon Girl. All the materials I have used are listed at the end of this post, just click on  photo to be taken directly to the product.

DI list:
Skin: Vintage Photo, Tattered Rose, Worn Lipstick
Hair: Walnut Stain, Antique Linen
Dress and Hat: Weathered Wood,
Shoes and Fence: Pumice Stone
Ivy/Grass: Forest Moss, Shabby Shutters

Our lovely teamie Beth, is sponsoring this challenge, so pop on over to her blog to find out what goodies she has in store for the lucky winner.

That's it from me today.

Take care.

New Challenge LHOSM 'Favourite Colour Combo' - Magnolia 'Show Me The Way Tilda'

Hi everyone,

Just popping back with another DT card, this time we have a new challenge at Lovely Hanglar or Sweet Magnolia. For this challenge we would like to see your Hanglar or Magnolia images in your favourite colour combo.

One of my favourite colour combos is pink and brown, well it had to have pink in it lol.

I took the opportunity to make another Christmas card, but this time I have coloured up the lovely 'Show Me the Way Tilda'. The Icicles at the top and the Xmas Bingo stamp are by Noor Design UK. I have sprinkled some Ivory Frantage on to the Icicles and finished them off with some pearl gems from the Ribbon Girl. The flowers and fir cones are from my stash, but the Ribbon Girl also have fir cones in stock at the moment. Where possible I have put the links to the materials used at the bottom of this post, just click on a picture to be taken directly to the product.
