Good morning everyone,
I hope you have had a good week and it's Friday yay!!!!
This morning we have a new challenge starting at Fussy and Fancy and our lovely Tone is hosting this challenge and has chosen the theme:
Blue and Brown/Beige Winter
I made another Christmas card using a couple of the older Maggies. This is Tilda with Christmas Lamp and Jingle Bell Rudolph. As always I have coloured the images with DI reinkers.
The lovely papers are from the latest Maja collection 'Joyous Winter Days' and I've painted some white gesso around the edges. I've also added gesso to the ice crystal and pine branches.
The pearl trim, pearl string, lace, jingle bell, blue twine, pine cones are from the Ribbon Girl.
The ice crystals are a Joy Crafts die and the pine branches have been cut from a fantasy die.
The 'Noel' sentiment is an LOTV stamp.
I thought a cinnamon stick which I found in my stash would make a nice brown embellishment.
DI list:
Skin: Vintage Photo, Tattered Rose, Worn Lipstick
Hair: Walnut Stain, Antique Linen
Coat and Hat: Stormy Sky, Black Soot
Trousers: Gathered Twigs, Old Paper, Black Soot
Lamp: Frayed Burlap, Black Soot, Squeezed Lemonade
Reindeer: Gathered Twigs, Old Paper, Stormy Sky, Hickory Smoke, Worn Lipstick, Barn Door, Aged Mahogany, Black Soot.
The winner of our challenge will win an upcoming Guest Design spot.
Well that's all from me today.
Thank you for popping in.
Hugs
Gina xx
