New challenge Marvelous Magnolia - Anything Goes

Good afternoon,

It is time for a new challenge at Marvelous Magnolia and this time it is the popular theme of ‘Anything Goes’. Our lovely sponsor this week is the The Rubber Buggy.

I have been longing to colour up a Tilda in sepia tones but had to save my pennies to buy the colour Copics that I wanted to use. I am quite pleased at how she has turned out so you may see a few more sepia images popping up on my blog. I thought Tilda with Peony was perfect for this look with just a little frantage sprinkled around the edges. The gorgeous clock charm is from The Hobby House which I bought last week at the Art Stamps show at Newbury. Peeping out from behind the image is a new Joy die which I also bought at show. the flowers, ribbon and pearls are from my crafty stash.

Copics I used:
Sepia Tones: E77, E74, E71, E42, E40
Peony: R59, R46, R37, YG99, YG95, YG91

Pencils: Light Umber, Dark Umber, Tuscan Red, Black

We hope you will come and join us in our challenge this week, if you get a chance please pop over and see my lovely teamies creations.

Thank you for popping in.

Hugs

Magnolia 'Summer Wedding Tilda'

Hello my lovelies,

I am just popping in to share a card I made recently using ‘Summer Wedding Tilda’, she is my favourite of this latest collection.  She has been coloured using Copics and a few highlights have been added using Prisma Pencils. The lovely papers are Maja.  I have sprinkled some Pink Shabby Chic Frantage around the image and over the corners which are by Cheery Lynn.  The flowers are from WOC and the berries are Magnolia. I have had the  gorgeous Tim Holtz Butterfly die for a couple of months but this is the first time I have got around to using it, I am thinking it won’t be the last!! The lush ribbon is from the Ribbon Girl.

 Copics I used:
Skin: E21, E00, E000, R20
Hair: E43, E42, E41, E40
Dress & Shoes: C5, C3, C1, C0
Flowers: R83, R81, RV000

New challenge at LHOSM

Hello my lovelies,

I hope you are having a lovely sunny and HOT weekend!

It is time for a new challenge at  LHOSM  and this week we want to see your flowers! There is a wonderful prize from the Ribbon Girls up for grabs!

I have coloured up Forget me Knot Tilda from the Special Moments collection and masked her with an old favourite called Romantic Window from the You are So Special collection. She has been coloured with Copic Markers and few highlights have been added using Prisma pencils. The leaves are cut from a Crealies die and the fence is a Magnolia DooHickeys die.  I couldn't resit using some Shabby Blue Frantage on the fence. Tucked behind the image is a lovely die by Heartfelt Creations which has also been frantaged lol!

 Copics I used:
Skin: E21, E00, E000, R20
Hair: E37, E35, E33, E31

Magnolia 'Forget Me Knot Tilda'

Hi everybody,

I was supposed to be going for a walk after work, but it’s raining and I can’t have the rain sending my hair into a frizz lol, so it is a good excuse to share a card with you instead.

This lovely new Magnolia stamp is called ‘Forget me Knot Tilda’ another one of my favourites from the new collection. She just had to be coloured with my Copics in my favourite colour of pink with a little shabby pink frantage added around the image and the die cut behind it, which is a Heartfelt Creations die. All the beautiful embellishments are from the Ribbon Girl.

 Copics I used:
Skin: E21, E00, E000, R20
Hair: E43, E42, E41, E40

Flowers: R85, R81, RV000

Pencils: Burnt Ochre, Dark Umber, Tuscan Red and Black.
