Good morning everyone and Happy New Year!
I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas and managed to get some time to rest and relax. We spent Christmas day at home with Mike our eldest son. On Boxing day the whole family drove to Lincolnshire to spend a few days with my parents, which was lovely and something we haven't done for years.
Anyway with today's challenge and this morning we have our first challenge of the year at Noor Design UK and our challenge theme for this month is 'With Love'.
I have coloured up an LOTV image called With Love and coloured it withTim Holtz Distress Markers. The shape was cut using the Dutch Doobadoo Shape Art Heart and papers from the Romance paper pad, which are lush and such good quality. The ribbon, lace and flowers are from the Ribbon Girl.
All the products I have used to make this card are posted at the bottom of this page. Just click on a picture to be taken directly to the product.

Underneath the image I have placed a Sending Love Heart die which has been sprinkled with pink frantage in the centre and around the outside I have painted it with some Dutch Doobadoo Structure paste. On top of the die I have place two hearts from the Paper Art Hearts set and added a couple of pearl gems.
The wings are part of the Sending Love Heart die set and I've added a cute pearl heart.
The banner has been cut from the Labels and Tags die and I've stamped the word LOVE using the Typewriter Keys clear stamp.
All the beautiful hearts in the pictures above are from the Dutch Doobadoo Paper Arts Heart collection.
Tucked underneath the flowers is a leaf cut from the Vintage Flourishes Leaf Die 2.
The heart shaped button has been covered with the Dutch Doobadoo Structure Paste.
Finally, the finished card. The tag has been cut using the Tag Die No. 2.
The lucky winner of the challenge will win a wopping
to spend in the online shop.
We will be choosing one Guest Designer to join us each month, so if you would like to join us, once you have entered the challenge please add GDT after your name and leave a comment on the post . In addition to this one lucky commenter gets a mystery prize each time we reach 10,000 visitors to the blog here.
Well that's all from me today.
Take care and thank you for popping in.
