Hi everyone,
Happy Bank Holiday Monday, if you are in the U.K, I can't believe it is the 1st May, this year is zooming by!!
We have a new challenge at Marvelous Magnolia today and our theme this month is
Shabby Chic
I have coloured up the very cute 'Tilda in the Wind' and coloured her with distress ink reinkers.
I cut out an oval spellbinders die on Artistico Water colour paper, stamped and coloured her using distress reinkers finishing off with some white pearl trim and mounted it onto a Joy oval die
The die peeping out on the right and the butterfly die are both Joy dies (links are at the bottom of this post.
The shabby white ribbon, white organza ribbon, 4mm and 6mm pearl trim are from the Ribbon Girl.
The flowers are from my stash. I cut two pearls off the strand of 6mm pearl trim and placed them on top of the roses.
On top of the twine bow is a glass teardrop wish bottle which I filled with glitter before gluing it in place and finally draped some pearl cascade around the bottom of the card.
DI list:
Skin: Vintage Photo, Tattered Rose, Worn Lipstick
Hair: Walnut Stain, Antique Linen
Dress, Headband and Shoes: Weathered Wood
Scarf: Hickory Smoke
The prize for this challenge is a GDT spot for an upcoming challenge.
Well that's it from me today.
Thank you for popping and in a big crafty wave to my new followers, thank you for following me.
Hugs

Hi lovely
ReplyDeleteAs always your card is aboslutely gorgeous! I love all the fantstic details and it's always a pleasure to look at them! This time the gorgeous glass drop filled with glitter caught my eyes and it reminded me that I have some in my embellishment box. Bought them in a Michael's store when I was in the States last autumn :)
Have a lovely evening and talk to you soon!
xoxo, Ally
