Wonderful Time Christmas Easel Card

Good morning everyone,

The sunshine is back! I hope you are all well.

Have you started making your Christmas cards? As it's my turn to share  Polkadoodles inspiration, and it was a wet and cold June day, I was just in the mood to create a Christmas card.

Links the products I have used are below each picture of my card, just click on a picture to be taken directly to the product.

This lovely stamp is called 'Wonderful Time' from the Winnie Winter Wishes collection.

I just adore this stamp, it is so much fun to colour.

Wonderful Time - Winnie Winter Wishes - CLEAR POLYMER STAMP

I have used a mixture of distress reinkers and Zig water colour pens to colour the image.

Distress Reinkers:
Skin: Vintage Photo, Tattered Rose, Worn Lipstick
Hair: Walnut Stain, Antique Linen
Coat, Boots and Hat: Weathered Wood

Zig Pens:
Snowmen, Sledge: 091 (Light Grey), 902 ( Natural Grey)

To create the white dots on her coat I dotted on some Pebeo drawing gum, which needs to dry before starting to colour. Once you have finished, it just rubs away.

To create the falling snow, I sprinkled on some white shabby chic frantage and heat set it from underneath.

The sumptious blue papers are from the Winnie White Christmas papers 4 set of digis downloads. What is great about this set of papers is that they can be used all year round.

These Christmas trees are just divine. They come in a set of three dies. I cut two, covered them in glue and sprinkled some Twinklet Diamond Dust to give them gorgeous frosty sparkle.

Tucked underneath the flowers are some beautiful die cut spruce, which again I have covered with twinklets to give a lovely frosty look. The set of dies also includes a gorgeous holly die.

Peeping out of the right hand side is a beautiful snowflake cut from the fancy snowflake die. I cut the snowflake in half which means I have the other half to use on another project.

That's all from me today.
