New Challenge LHOSM - Ribbon and Lace

Hi everyone,

This is my second post of the day, if you are looking for my Autumn themed card, please scroll down.

Today starts a new challenge at Lovely Hanglar or Sweet Magnolia. We were blown away by the number of entries we received so thank you if you joined us.

This time we would love to see your Lovely Hanglar or Magnolia  creations with some 'Ribbon and Lace'.

I have coloured up another of my older Maggies calld 'Winter Skating Tilda', using DI reinkers.

The papers are from the Silent Night Paper Pad by First Edition and have been edged with Structure paste.  I've used a few of the Joy dies from Noor Design U.K. Star Edge die, Tag Die No. 2 and Winter Wishes Sleigh die. The Snowflake Banner is a Lala Land die which I have covered with Glamour Dust to give some extra sparkle.

The tags have been cut in the same paper and decorated with pom pom trim and lace. The beautiful flowers and embellishments are from the Ribbon Girl. I removed the centre of the daisy and replaced it with some gorgeous sparkly crystals from the Pretty Little Bottle of Crystals. Links to the materials I have used are at the bottom of this post, just click on a picture to be taken directly to the product.

Paradise of Stamps - Autumn

Good morning everyone,

I hope you are enjoying your weekend. Yesterday I had an amazing day at the NEC, there didn't seem to be as many people there this year, there were pockets where it was busy, but not like it used to be.I had a fabulous day and bought loads of new goodies, in particular some WOW glitter embossing powders, which I have been looking forward to having a play with.

This morning,  I am posting a reminder card for the current challenge at Paradise of Stamps which is 'Autumn'.

I couldn't resist colouring this Whimsy stamp called Dolly. I coloured her with a mixture of DI reinkers and DI markers, the colours I used are listed below the picture.

Peeping out of the top is a Marianne die Anja's Corner, the bingo stamp is by Joy from Noor Design U.K. The papers are from an LOTV pad. Tucked underneath the flowers on the right is a Memory Box die, Loopy Loops. The ribbon, flowers and lace are all from my stash.

New Winter Challenge at Marvelous Magnolia

Hi everyone,

I hope you are all well and had a brilliant weekend and had some crafty time too. Sadly my time off has come to an end and I am back at work today.

Today we have a new challenge at Marvelous Magnolia and our theme for the next two weeks is 'Winter'.

I am patiently waiting for my new Christmas maggies to arrive, but until they do I coloured up the lovely 'Show me the Way Tilda and masked her with my favourite background stamp Old Swedish Church. I kept the colouring to grey tones to hopefully create a colder feel to the scene. The icicles are a Joy die which I have covered with Glamour Dust,it is my favourite glitter which this gives a lovely sparkly effect.  Underneath the flowers on the left I've  cut a  Memory Box die, loopy rings onto some white card.  The fern leaves are an old Magnolia Doohickey die. I've sprinkled some Twinklets onto the flowers which gives a beatuiful frosty effect. All the beautiful embellishments are from the Ribbon Girl, I am so in love with the new Silver flake web ribbon, it looks amazing and forms a beautiful bow. Links to the materials I've used are at the bottom of this post, just click on a picture to be taken directly to the product.

DI list:
Hickory Smoke and a touch of Weathered Wood on the spire of the church.

That's it from me today,

Thank you for popping in.

Take care.
