Reminder Card for Paradise of Stamps - Rosebud Tilda

Good morning everyone,

I hope you are having a lovely weekend.

Today I am sharing a reminder card for the current 'Anything Goes'  challenge at  

I have coloured up Rosebud Tilda.

The shape has been cut using a Crealies rectangle die.

The papers are from the new Maja Vintage Romance papers, 'Engagement'. 

The  butterflies and tag are Joy dies from Noor Design U.K. 

I made the corner using a silicone mould and air dry clay.

The pearls, ribbon and flowers are from my stash.

New challenge at Fussy and Fancy - Whimsy Jillian

Hi everyone,

Happy Friday, we have had the most gorgeous spring weather this week here in the south of the U.K., and its supposed to last into the weekend, temperatures of 26 degrees is forecast for Sunday.

We have a new challenge at Fussy and Fancy today and our lovely Sasha is hosting  and she has chosen the theme of Birthday.

I have coloured up the beautiful Jillian from the Jillian and Friends stamp set, which is one of the new Whimsy releases by the very talented artist Sylvia Zet,

I have coloured her using DI reinkers.

The papers are from the new Maja collection Vintage Romance and they are called Love Poetry, I absolutely adore them, you will definitely be seeing more of these. The dies I have used are by Joy and Magnolia Doohickey. The lace and pearl string are from the Ribbon Girls.

GDT card for the Paper Nest Dolls - Nautical Mermaid Avery

Good morning everyone,

I hope you had a lovely weekend and enjoyed the extended weekend if you are in the U.K.

This morning I am showcasing a GDT card for the Paper Nest Dolls. This is Nautical Mermaid Avery from the new collection and she can found here.

I have coloured her using DI reinkers and added some Star Dust stickles to her fin.

The papers are from the Joy Seashore Paper Bloc which I have distressed around the edges.

The dies are all by Joy and are from Noor Design U.K.

The shells and little bottle are from my stash and the cheese cloth is from the Ribbon Girls.

Some Exciting News and a Brand New Challenge

Hi everyone,

I have some exciting news news to share and that is I was asked by Morgan from Broken Fairy Designs  to join her design team, well it didn't take me long to say yes, I am thrilled to be part of this new venture with her!!

Here is a little bit about Morgan:

Morgan McKinney is the owner and artist behind Broken Fairy stamps designs.  She is a wife and a mother of twin five year old girls. She has a never ending love of art and crafts and is an antique junkie. She is an avid fan of anything to do with outdoors especially hiking and loves animals, her cat, daughters, and 2 goldfish are proof of that, and she loves any chance she gets to bake. Her family is everything to her. She is starting on a new venture and has recently opened her own online shop. 

This is a brand new DT and challenge blog which I am very excited about joining. I would like to say a big thank you to Morgan for inviting me to join this amazing team.

I didn't have enough time to join in with the challenge blog this time, but this is the card I made for the FB challenge which is Anything Goes with a twist Add Some Flowers. I have coloured up the gorgeous Roses for the Ballerina using DI reinkers.

The shape has been cut using a Crealies stitched circle die.

The papers are from the new Maja Vintage Romance collection which are lush. I have used Passion and I have distressed them around the edges using a Tim Holtz paper distresser.  Tucked underneath the first circle are a paper doily and a Joy die (Circle 2).

Underneath the flowers is a Magnolia Doohickey swirl which I've cut using white card. The lace is from the Ribbon Girls and the flowers are from my stash

A New Ribbon Girls Card Challenge - Tilda with Spring Flowers

Good morning everyone,

I hope you are enjoying your weekend and of course if you are in the U.K. have a lovely Bank Holiday Monday.

This morning I am showcasing my card for the new card challenge at the Ribbon Girls which can be any theme, any shape as long as it's a card, and we have THREE amazing prizes to be won.

I have coloured up Tilda with Spring Flowers and Tilda's Washing Line, two stamps from the new collection and coloured them with DI reinkers and finished off the image by adding some pearl bead string around the outside.

The shape has been cut using a Go Greate die, Frilly#2. The papers are from the new Pion collection, Scent of Lavender. I have used In Provence and Fields of Purple. 

The heart, butterfly and tag dies are Joy dies.

New challenge at LHOSM - Watering Tilda and Vintage Orangeri

Hi everyone,

I hope you are having a lovely weekend and enjoying a bit of crafty time.

Today we have a new challenge at Lovely Hanglar or Sweet Magnolia and  as the weather is (was lol) warming up our challenge this time is Summer.

For a change I have made a tent shaped card and stamped up two of my new Maggies to create the scene. This is Watering Tilda and Vintage Orangeri.

I have coloured the scene using DI reinkers and sprinkled some Shabby White frantage around the outside of the image.

The papers are by Maja from the Summer Vintage collection and they have been distressed around the edges using a Tim Holtz paper distresser.

The pretty edges around the outside of the card have been cut in coordinating papers using a Martha Stewart punch.

The spade, broom and flower pots are from the Spring Garden set of Joy dies and the gorgeous embellishments are from the Ribbon Girl.
