Saturated Canary - Neveah

Good morning my lovelies,

I hope you are having a lovely weekend and maybe enjoying some crafty time. I apologise for being such a bad blogger this week, but I have been catching up with my crafting and yay I'm almost there.

We are back from our summer break and today we have a new colour challenge at the Ribbon Girl and we would like to see Pastel colours in your creations.

I opted to colour an oldie Saturated Canary stamp called Neveah. I must admit I do find colouring soft colours more difficult to show the depth of the pleats. I have coloured her with Copics and Prisma pencils and stamped her onto a Spellbinders Majestic elements die cut. The papers are a mixture of LOTV and Pion. Tucked behind the image is some cheese cloth. The bow die is by Magnolia and the heart banner is a LaLa Land crafts die which I have added some pearl string to. Below the bow die is a sparkly crystal flourish. All the beautiful embellishments are available at the Ribbon Girl, links to the products are at the bottom of this post, just click on a picture to take you directly to the product.

Skin: E21, 00, 000, R21

  1. I love these pastel colours Gina, you have made a beautiful card here. I know what you mean about finding it difficult to get the depth, I often start out with the idea of colouring an image in soft colours but it always ends up dark :(
This is gorgeous though and I love all your embellishments that you have used.
