Sihouette Ice Skaters - Noor Design UK

Morning everyone,

I'm just popping in to share my latest creation for the Noor Design UK blog using their beautiful products. We were challenged to make a creation using silhouettes, well this challenge took me right out of my comfort zone, I don't think I have ever made anything using silhouettes, but I rose to the challenge and I hope you like my creation.

I have used the Dutch Doobadoo Ice Skate stencil, and painted it with Cerene chalky paint, added some stickles and crackle paint. Along the base and around the edges I have painted on some of the wonderful Dutch Doobadoo Structure Paste. For the shapes I have used some scraps from the Winter Wonderland paper pad.The skate is sat on a Joy craft card stand, I don't think Tracy has this in the shop yet, but if you would like then just pop over to the shop and send her an email and she will be glad to help. The stand has also been  painted with chalky paint.

I have changed the colour of the Ice Skater by painting it with the Dutch Doobadoo  structure paste and covering it with glitter for a different affect.

This is my favourite vintage leaf die (at the moment lol) which has been sprinkled with White Shabby Frantage.

Sitting on top of the feathers is the Noor Design 8 point die, which I adore!

In the centre of the Ice Skate, I have cut a second  8 point die and sat another of the Ice Skaters from the Paper Art collection, but this time I have left it black, and covered it with glitter.

Don't forget to join us in our 'With Love' challenge here, you could win a fantastic prize:

to spend in the Noor Design UK shop

Also, there is a new release of goodies coming out, if you would like to win a surprise present, then leave a comment and Tracy will pick a random winner once she receives the new release.

All the links to the materials I have used are at the bottom of this post, just click on a picture to be taken directly to the product.

Thank you for popping in.

Take care.

Hugs
Gina x
