Flower Tilda with Bow Knot - New Challenge at LHOSM

Hi everyone,

I'm back with my second post of the day to share my DT card for Lovely Hanglar or Sweet Magnolia. Our challenge theme this time is 'Butterflies'.

I have coloured up Flower Tilda with Bow Knot who hasn't seen the light of day for sometime. I have coloured her using distress ink re-inkers. The papers are by Maja and I have hand stitched them around the edges, I love doing this, whilst watching T.V of an evening. The butterflies along the top edge are a Noor Design Butterfly Edge die which have had some Dutch Doobadoo structure pasted added to the edges. I have also used another butterfly die by Noor Design, just right of the image and bottom left which again has had structure paste painted around the edges  and some pink pearl string added to the centre.

The pretty garden fence die is also by Noor Design. The flowers, ribbon, pearl bead string, lace, diamante pearl embellishment and butterfly charm are from the Ribbon Girl

The sponsor for this challenge is Live and Love Crafts

That is it from me today, enjoy the rest of your Sunday. As I have posted twice today, I will pop back in later in the week to show you my Mother's day make.

Hugs
Gina xx

  6. Hiya Gina, what a beauty, loving all the pink with the beige, which is one of my favourite combinations. Such beautiful colouring as always. I know exactly what you mean about sewing, it is almost as therapeutic as colouring, not quite, but almost he he! Stunning creation honey. Cuddles Jay xxx
