Good afternoon everyone,
I hope you all had a lovely weekend. Well my holiday is almost over, sadly I'm back to work tomorrow, I must say I've had a lovely two weeks and I was so lucky and the weather has been just glorious.
We have a new challenge at Marvelous Magnolia today and the theme is a lovely easy one 'Girly'.
I delved into my Magnolia stamp box and selected a couple of oldies which I have masked together, Tilda with Flowing Hair and Shabby Chic fence and coloured them using a mixture of DI markers and reinkers. I wanted a nice soft colour palette for this one.
The shape of the card has been created using a Go Kreate die. Peeping out at the top left of the card is a Noor Design Oval die and to the left tucked under the image is the Sending Love Heart and Heart with Wings die. The Dutch Doobadoo Structure paste jumped out of my drawer again lol so I had no choice but to edge the image and butterflies and just added a few dots here and there on the flowers. The butterflies and fence are also a Noor Design dies. The lace, heart button, which I've painted with white gesso, pearl string and flowers are from the Ribbon Girl. I made the key and swirl using Martha Stewart moulds and Air Dry clay.
Our wonderful sponsors for this challenge are the Ribbon Girl. The lucky winner will win:
to spend in their beautiful shop.
Well that's it from me today.
Thank you so much for popping in and for the lovely comments you leave me, they really are appreciated.
Hugs
Gina xx
