Whimsy 'Peggy'

Morning everyone,

I have scheduled this post as I will be driving to work as this goes out. I have two more days (including today) left at work and whoop whoop I'm on holiday for two weeks and I am so looking forward to it. Phil also has the first week off so I expect we will be out and about and I'd like to start tidying up the garden if the weather permits.

I have made a card using the last of my new Whimsy stamps and she is called Peggy, as you may have guessed I am loving these little cuties at the moment.  I have coloured her using a mixture of DI markers and re-inkers. The papers are by Pion and I have hand stitched around the edges. Peeping out at the top  is a Lala Land heart die and to the right is a Magnolia Doohickey So Wrapped So Lovely die. The bow is made using Natural Hemp Twine.

The birds are a Noor Design die and I've added some pearl string along the branch. The flowers are from my stash and I've added some Dutch Doobadoo Structure paste to some of the petals. The lace, ribbon, pearl ivory flower, pearl string, cheesecloth and natural twine are from the Ribbon Girl.

DI colour list:
Skin Vintage Photo, Tattered Rose
Hair: Walnut Stain, Antique Linen
Dress: Aged Mahogany, Spun Sugar, Pumice Stone
Flower Basket: Gathered Twigs, Dusty Concord
Shoes: Pumice Stone, Aged Mahogany

Well that's it from today, thank you for popping in.

I will be back soon.

Hugs
Gina xx
