Hi everyone,
I hope you are enjoying your Easter break and the Easter bunny bought you some chocolate. The weather is warming up, the sun is shining and it is feeling very spring like here today. Our sons, are coming over for dinner so we are in for a fun packed afternoon.
Anyway, on with the matter in hand and that is that we have a new challenge at Marvelous Magnolia and our theme for this challenge is 'Shabby Chic'.
We are also having a DT call, even the current designers have to re-enter. All you have to do to enter is submit your favourite Magnolia design past or present and link it up.

This is always a challenge struggle with for some reason, but I've given it a go using one of the new Magnolia stamps 'Tilda with Heartphone'.
I have coloured her using a mixture of DI reinkers and markers. The papers are by Maja and I've painted Dutch Doobado structure paint around the edges. Peeping out at the top is a Noor Design die, Circle die No. 2. Tilda has been stamped onto a spellbinders die and mounted onto another Noor die, Square Frames. As you can see I've used a fair bit of pearl string and lace. Tucked underneath the flowers is a Memory Box die, loopy rings. The butterflies are also a Noor Design die. All the links to the products I've used are at the bottom of this post, just click on a picture to be taken directly to the product.
Peeping out from the flowers on the right is a swirl made using a silicone mould and Martha Stewart Air Dry Clay. The ribbon, flowers, and vintage trinket are from my stash.
Our lovely sponsor this time round is Live and Love Crafts
Wow Gina this is just a feast for the senses, from the beautiful colouring to the gorgeous textures. Tilda is so cute in her pretty pink pants.

An amazing card again Gina, so many things to take in at once with all the elements and details, just beautiful and I think it looks very 'shabby chic' so well done with that.
