New Challenge - Paradise of Stamps - First Day Faye

Good morning everyone,

If you are in the U.K., I hope you enjoyed your Bank Holiday weekend, and if you are outside of the U.K., you had a lovely weekend too. Well the day has come and I am back at school today boo hoo., but I really did have a lovely long summer break so I can't complain.

Anyway, today we have a new challenge at Paradise of Stamps and the theme for our challenge this time is 'School'.

I have coloured up a  Mo Manning Digi image - First Day Faye and used a mixture of DI reinkers and markers. I was going to colour the image as a skirt and blouse, but I love to see the little ones in their pinafore dresses, I think they look so smart so I changed my mind. Of course I had to have some pink in it too. As I had a bit of spare time, I decided to have a go at colouring black hair, which I don't think turned out too badly. The papers are a mixture of what I had in my stash as are the flowers and lace.

DI list:
Skin: Vintage Photo, Tattered Rose, Worn Lipstick
Hair: Black
Pinafore Dress: Black
Cardigan: Aged Mahogany, Spun Sugar
Lunchbox: Victorian Velvet, Spun Sugar, Wild Honey
Back Pack: Mulled Lavender
Books: Old Paper
Socks: Hickory Smoke
Shoes: Hickory Smoke, Black

The winner of this challenge will win a Guest DT spot.

Well that's it from me today.

Thank you for popping in.

Take care.

Hugs
Gina xx
