Hi everyone,
I hope you all had a great weekend and managed to get some crafty time in. I am feeling loads better now after a restful weekend.
We have a new challenge at Marvelous Magnolia and we would like to see your creations to be 'Christmas' themed.
I have coloured up one of my new Maggies from the latest collection (Tilda with Little Snowy snowman) and for a change fussy cut her out. I made the scene by colouring the background using DI reinkers then stamped the winter trees with versamark watermark stamp pad and covered with white embossing powder. For the lying snow I used Glamour Dust.
The eight point die peeking out at the top, the tag, banner die and sentiment stamp are by Joy and are available at Noor Design U.K. The cheesecloth and jingle bells are from the Ribbon Girl.
The flowers, lace, ribbon, pearl strands, snow balls, and rhinestone sparklers are from my stash.
DI list:
Skin: Vintage photo, Tattered Rose, Picked Raspberry
Hair: Walnut Stain
Cloak and Hat: Mulled Lavender, Victorian Velvet, Black
Boots: Hickory Smoke
Snowman: Weathered Wood, Hickory Smoke
Our prize for this challenge is to join the team as a Guest Designer.
