New Challenge at Polkadoodles Crafting - Ruby Flowers

Good morning,

Happy Friday, I hope you are all well and have had a good week.

Today I am popping in to share a card for the new 'Anything Goes challenge at Polkadoodles. As always the DT are set a theme and our theme for this week is 'flowers'.

I have coloured up the beautiful 'Ruby Flowers', she is available as a pre-coloured or black and white digi (links are at the bottom of this post, just click on  a picture to be taken directly to the product). I have painted her with DI reinkers.

The papers are from Eden Paper Heaven 3 and Eden Plain Jane 2.

The flower border die has been cut from a Joy crafts die twice, once in white card and secondly in  a coordinating paper.

I have painted a couple of pretty chipboard pieces with white gesso and tucked them underneath he image on the left hand side and the flowers on the right.

The flowers, lace, pearl string, pearl and diamante embellishment and ribbon are from my crafty stash.

I hope you are well, I can't believe it is Wednesday already, this week is zooming by.

We have an new challenge beginning at Creative Inspirations today and the theme is ....

Spring Greens

Whether it is a green colour scheme or images incorporating some greenery from the outside or even some veg. We would like to see some Spring Greens this month.

 All Dressed Up is sponsoring this months challenge and the DT were very lucky to  be given some images to play with. This little beauty is called 'Fairy Swing' and I've painted her with DI reinkers.

Once again the die cuts I've used are by Joy Crafts and I've popped on some more dew drops onto the leaves.

Dreamerland Crafts - I am a Cat Person

Hi everyone,

I hope you are having a lovely weekend. It's a very wet Sunday here today, so its a good excuse to stay in my craft room and try to get some of my crafty mojo back.

Today I am sharing a card I made using a stamp from the new January collection from Dreamerland Crafts.

This little cutie is called 'I am a Cat Person'.  I have painted her with DI reinkers.

The shape of the card has been cut from a Go Kreate Flower Frame and the gorgeous die cuts from Joy Crafts dies.

All the embellishmets are from my crafty stash.

Have you spotted the dew drops on the leaves, they are a  favourite of mine at the moment. I spotted them when I was at the Make It show in Farnborough a couple of weeks ago. They are sold by a company called Honey Doo Crafts, I will try to find a link and put it at the bottom of this post.

Shy Tilda

Hi everyone,

I hope you have had a good week so far.

I'm just popping in quickly to share a card I made recently.

This little cutie is a stamp by Magnolia called Shy Tilda which I have masked with Shabby Chic Fence, she was my first ever Magnolia stamp that I bought and I still love her. I have painted her with distress ink reinkers. I stamped her onto Artistico extra white watercolour paper with Stazon timber brown ink.

The shape of the card has been cut with a Craft &You Base Set 1 die.

Most of the dies I have used on this card are Joy Crafts and the embellishments are from crafty my stash.

New Challenge at Polkadoodles Crafting - Pancake Oopsy

Good morning everyone,

I hope you are all well and had a great week.

Today I am off the the Make It Craft show at Farnborough, I super excited, I still seem to have lost my crafty mojo so I am hoping visiting the show will kick start it back in. As this post goes out I will be more or less leaving:)

So today we begin a new challenge at Polkadoodles Crafting. The DT are always given a theme to work to and this time it was 'Pancake Day', but for all you crafters it is 'Anything Goes'.

This little cutie is called Pancake Oopsy (she is available as a pre-coloured or as a black and white digi). I think she has got into a bit of mess lol. I have coloured her with distress reinkers. 

The papers are from Lil Miss Sugarpops Kit 1 and 2 plain. 

This die cut swirl has been cut from a Magnolia die and the gorgeous corner is a Robert Addams die, which comes as a set of 4.

Everything else is from my crafty stash.

Tilda with Hellebores

Hi everyone,

Yay, it's Friday and school has broken up for half term:) I am looking forward to getting back into some crafting next week, work has taken its toll and I've not been able to craft as much as I would like, mainly through tiredness.

Anyway this is card I made for fun a while ago. 

I have coloured up Tilda with Hellebores and painted her with distress reinkers and a hint of watercolour pencils. 

I stamped Tilda onto Artistico extra white watercolour card and cut the shape out with an elegant die from Polkadoodles. 

The die peeking out of the left hand side and the butterflies are cut from a  Joy Crafts die. 

All the pretty embellishments are my crafty stash.

New Challenge at Ally's Angels - Whimsy Dolly

Hi everyone,

Ooh I am sorry I am late with this post - first time ever! My day job is really getting in the way of things at the moment so it slipped my mind, I think I need to go on the naughty step!

Anyway, there is a new challenge at  Ally's Angels and the theme is .......

Anything Goes

I have made a shaker card this time. I have coloured up a Whimsy stamp called 'Dolly' and coloured her with distress reinkers.

The frame is a new die by John Lockwood, it is so pretty, I will try to put a link at the bottom of this post.

The shaker element is made up of pink sequins.

The flowers, lace, ribbon and pearl and diamante embellishment are from my stash and the leaves which is a fairly old die and one of my favourites  has been cut from a Joy Crafts die
