Selfie Tilda - New challenge at LHOSM

Hi everyone,

I hope you are having a wonderful weekend. What  beautiful weather we had last week and I hear it is going to be the same this week. This afternoon I am off to a wedding fair with George and Katie as they have set the wedding date for the 8th July next year. The venue is booked now we just need a few ideas. It will be a military wedding with a guard of honour, which is very exciting!

Ooh and I nearly forgot to say, at long last printing my digi images has been solved, my new printer works like a dream, I am now one very happy bunny!

Anyway enough of my waffling, as we have a new challenge at Lovely Hanglar or Sweet Magnolia and our theme this time is  'Sparkle'.

I decided to make a circular easel card as It is ages since I made an easel card let alone a circular one. I have stamped 'Selfie Tilda' and cut her out on a spellbinders die and added some pearl string around the edges. I have painted her with Distress Ink Markers and Re-Inkers. To glitz up her phone , I have added a clear gem to the base. Around the outside of the image I have added a few sprinkles of frantage.  The papers are by Maja and I have painted on Dutch Doobadoo structure paste (I love this stuff) around the edges. Underneath the image I have placed some cheese cloth. The heart banner is a LaLa Land die which again has had structure paste painted around the outside and a few clear gems placed on each of the banners. The butterfly is a Noor Design die which I also painted with structure paste and added some clear gems down the centre of the body. The flowers, lace and ribbon are from my stash and sparkly embellishment .

The tag is a Noor Design die.

DI list:
Skin: Vintage Photo, Tattered Rose
Hair: Gathered Twigs, Brushed Corduroy, Antique Linen
Clothes and Flower: Aged Mahogany, Spun Sugar
Phone: Weathered Wood

The winner of this challenge will win a GDT spot for the next two challenges with us.

Enjoy the rest of your Sunday.

Thank you for popping in.

Hugs
Gina xx
